Jenny Ruddy has a BA in Business Psychology and an honours degree in Development Administration.  It was while travelling to university with a friend in a Jeep, that Jenny was first introduced to reflexology above the roar of an engine.

She wanted to explore reflexology more, and gained a Diploma in Reflexology from South Africa.  After practicing part time, Jenny moved to New Zealand where she spent some time supporting clients through rehabilitation while concurrently practicing reflexology.

Jenny has an interest in exploring ways to facilitate healing through providing massage to various body systems. She follows this unique method and enjoys comments such as “I can feel my feet again” and this reflexology “creates more brain space.”

Jenny enjoys working with children and especially people who want to get more out of life.
